By creating an account or using the SMSID platform and API, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
SMSID provides SMS, OTP, and Sender ID messaging services. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API credentials, and for ensuring you have consent to message your recipients.
Services operate on a prepaid SMS credit basis. Purchased credit is consumed per message sent and is subject to the applicable rates for each destination.
You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unsolicited (spam) messaging. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. SMSID is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery failures or service interruptions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
